You will provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested.

You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You will not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our website or servers.

Intellectual Property Rights All content, logos, designs, graphics, source code, and software developed by Alwaris Digisphere are the exclusive intellectual property of Alwaris Digisphere unless otherwise stated.

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final delivered product (website, app, etc.), excluding our core libraries and proprietary code.

Payment Terms A minimum 50% advance payment is required before starting any project.

The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before final delivery.

Payments are non-refundable after work has commenced.

Domain and hosting charges are separate and billed annually.

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

Project Delivery Timeline Delivery timelines are estimated and communicated before project start.

Delays may occur due to client feedback delays or unforeseen technical issues.

Alwaris Digisphere is not liable for delays caused by third-party services.

Client Responsibilities The client agrees to:

Provide all necessary content, images, and information in a timely manner

Review and provide feedback promptly during development

Test the final product thoroughly before final acceptance

Maintain backups of their own data

Refund and Cancellation Policy No refunds will be issued once project work has commenced.

If a project is canceled by the client, the advance payment is forfeited.

Alwaris Digisphere reserves the right to cancel a project with a full refund if we cannot deliver as promised.

Limitation of Liability Alwaris Digisphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use our services

Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information

Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Force Majeure Alwaris Digisphere shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of government, internet outages, or power failures.
